Submit completed registration form by 3pm, 26 March 2026. 

Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to 40 participants per category.

Contest open to children aged 4–12 years:
a. Category A (4–7 years)
b. Category B (8–12 years)

Participants must arrive 15 minutes early at Meru Valley Resort’s Function Room to have their attendance taken.

Participants are to bring their own colouring materials, strictly limited to colour pencils, crayons, and magic colours.

Participants are to complete their artwork independently without assistance.

Winners will be selected by judges based on the creativity and overall attractiveness of their artwork.

Judges’ decisions are final. No disputes will be entertained.

Results will be announced at 7:00pm at the Club House, in conjunction with the Club Raya Celebration.

Prizes must be accepted on an “as-awarded” basis and cannot be transferred, returned, substituted, or redeemed for cash.

All entries shall become the property of Meru Valley Resort. Meru Valley Resort reserves the right to use submitted artwork in its promotional materials, media, or any other way it deems fit. No claims will be entertained.

Meru Valley Resort reserves the right to change, cancel, or postpone the competition due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. Participants will be notified accordingly.

Meru Valley Resort reserves the absolute right to vary, omit, or add to any of these terms and conditions. In case of ambiguity, Meru Valley Resort’s interpretation shall be final.

By participating, you consent to the collection of personal data for the purpose of organising and managing the event.

Additionally, photos and/or videos taken during the event may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Meru Valley Resort.
