Terms & Conditions

• Event is open to member, member’s guest and residents.
• Entries are non-transferable.
• Take note that t-shirt measurements are subject to 1-2cm tolerance.
• Requests for change of t-shirt sizes will not be entertained.
• T-shirt colour, design and material may be different from illustration and are subject to change without notice.
• All payments are to be collected in Ringgit Malaysia.
• Strictly no refunds even if registrants do not participate due to any circumstances.
• Participants must be certified fit to participate in the event. As the organiser, Meru Valley Resort shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries or mishap that take place during the event.
• Participants agree to provide accurate, true, current and complete information about themselves. The organiser may contact participants anytime by e-mail or text message. Any notices sent to the e-mail addresses as registered shall be considered as received by participants. If participants provide any information that is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, the organiser may suspend or terminate the participant’s registration and fees will not be refunded.
• The organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participant), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution.

The organiser has the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
